Neelam Shirke is one of the most renouned actresses in Marathi television and cinema, well known for her work in serials on Zee Marathi like Vadalwaat, Asambhav and Saheb, Bibi ani Mi. She has also acted in several plays and tv serials on Mi Marathi and ETV Marathi.
Career:
She started her career with Marathi plays and has now become a renouned actress in Marathi cinema. She has worked in 17 Marathi plays, the movie Pachadlela and 06 Marathi serials. She is particularly well-known for her work as the vamp, Sulekha in the Marathi serial Asambhav (June 2007-present). She is also renowned for her role of Vishakha in Marathi serial Vadalvatt (2003-2007) and that of Bhakti in the Marathi Comedy serial Saheb Bibi ani Me (2004-2006).
