Comedy Circus ke Superstar will be hosted by Television actress Surveen Chawla. Surveen Chawla wanted to practice medicine, but took up commerce in Class 12 and ended up graduating in arts from mumbai’s mithibai college. She went to Government Model Senior Secondary High School Sector 16, and then to Government College for Girls, Sector-11, Chandigarh and left it after her 1st year to move to [Mumbai]] to pursue a career in acting.
Her family is settled in Sector-34 in Chandigarh. Her father and brother are businessmen.
Surveen made her debut as Charu in the Balaji Telefilms serial Kahiin To Hoga. She then played the role of Kasak in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She also played the lead role in Kaajjal – Sabkki Aankhon Mein Basi, but has now parted ways with the show due to a new storyline.
