Vaishali Samant a name synonymous with versatility has created raves in the world of Hindi pop music and film music as a renowned Playback and Pop Singer and there’s no looking back for her as she now dons a new mantle – that of a Music Director & Lyricist having hits and recognitions to her credit.

Versatile Vaishali:
Vaishali as a vocalist displays the capability to tackle soft and slow numbers with equal ease as fast paced pop songs. Be it classical fusion, remixes or just simple basic songs, Vaishali has the expertise to present every style of song in the most creative and attractive fashion.

From Sensuous numbers like Bahon Mein Mujhko to Fun Dance numbers like Aika Dajiba & Cham Cham Karta, from romantic songs like Kusumita to sentimental numbers like Yeh Samunder to classically influenced songs like Piya lage na Jiya , Vaishali performs each style with equal ease and proficiency.

Learning Experience:
Vaishali started learning music from the tender age of 8 under accomplished Natya Sangeet exponent Mrs. Jyotsna Mohile. She further received formal training in Indian classical music from Mrs. Katti and Shree Jayant Datar for 5 years. She went on to learn the technique of blending Indian classical with international music from Guru Pandit Manohar Chimote.

Film World:
In the film world she has sung for music composers like A.R.Rehmaan in Lagaan, Taal & Saathiya. She has also sung for accomplished music composers like Viju Shah and Daboo Malik. Apart form the above Vaishali has lent her voice to songs in films like Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav, Girlfriend, Eight, Malamaal Weekly, Tujhe Meri Kasam, Chetna, Dil Jo bhi Kahe, Traffic Signal, to name a few.

Recently she has sung for Monty Sharma for the films Chamku (released) & Mirch (forth-coming).
